Network and experience in luxury, hospitality, FMCGs, and sports management are advantageous
Working knowledge of the relevant market landscape and innovation opportunities
Education at Master level
Excellent project management skills: including intelligent communication, organizational versatility, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with an open mind and commitment to excellence, while providing your original contribution
Fluency in at least two languages, including articulated English, whereas mastering Italian, French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, Spanish, and other languages is advantageous

Responsibilities
From day one, generate fruitful relationships relevant to our portfolio
Exceed targets by growing our assets: Identify new customers and partners, engage with them, and increase the volume of our new business
Design and implement business development strategies to grow our portfolio. This could be online and offline, remotely, or with travel required
Develop Studio Ludovica Mazzucato's high-worth network of clients and partners
Contribute to increasing the valuation of our services
Create and administer new accounts
Contribute to the estimate, RFP, and approval process
Create weekly and monthly reports and identify how you will grow the portfolio
Develop new client relationships from external prospecting and introductions: Engage with prospective clients from introduction to after-delivery
Relay the account's requirements to the project team for project implementation
Promote and recommend Studio Ludovica Mazzucato
Manage your own administrative tasks
Contribute to cross-functional activities and deliverables, e.g. project briefing, reports, client presentations, creative briefs, follow-ups, and leading the execution of the assigned projects
Proactively increase your contribution and grow your responsibilities.
Your targets: Weekly targets, monthly targets, and monthly commissions on ascending scale. There is no cap to your results.
